Saaremaa Gin Ras

Saaremaa Gin Ras is a flavoured gin that originates from Estonia. The gin is characterised by a rich and complex flavour profile. The herbs that are harvested on the island of Saaremaa are carefully selected and the blend is finely adjusted to achieve the perfect balance of flavours.

The sweet and juicy aroma of ripe raspberries is complemented by light citrus notes and hints of juniper berries. The subtly sweet and pleasant taste of raspberries blends perfectly with the fresh citrus and juniper berries. The result is a perfectly balanced raspberry gin. Saaremaa raspberry gin is produced using the kettle method. The classic herbs and spices used are juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root and pure lemon peel.

We recommend the gin is served chilled with plenty of ice, combined with tonic water or in mixed drinks. The bottles have been bottled at 37.5 % alcohol and the bottle volume is 0.5 l.
