Rumbullion! is a spirit with a certain touch from Professor Cornelius Ampleforth, a warming spicy blend crafted from a type of rich rums with a full base that sailors would have enjoyed centuries ago. At the heart of this splendid winter warming drink is a blend of the finest Caribbean rum, complemented by creamy Madagascan vanilla and a generous dose of aromatic orange peel. According to a secret recipe, the professor finished his hearty drink with a handful of cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom.
