Nation British Guyana is a limited edition dark 10-year-old blended rum from Guyana. It is a blend of three rums distilled using French Savelle, wooden Coffey, and double wooden Pot.
After blending, it aged for over 4 years in the tropical Guyanese climate, from which it gained a refreshing, subtly spicy flavor. It was then transported to Europe, where it matured for 6 years in ex-sherry Oloroso casks.
The rum was bottled at 56.4% alcohol content and sealed with a silicone stopper. The bottle comes in a yellow-black gift box. Only 2715 pieces were made!
Color: amber with brown reflections
Aroma: alcohol, raisins, sherry, coffee, oranges, spices, leather
Taste: dry, raisins, sherry, fruit, pastry, spices, sherry
Finish: very long, dry, wood, spices, sherry, cookies, plums
