Ron Espero Balboa

Ron Espero Balboa is a fresh and fruity blend of rums from the Dominican Republic and Barbados, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and old barrels previously used for Nicaraguan rum.

Aging lasts from 8 to 12 years and is carried out using the solera process. The name Balboa honors the Spanish explorer, governor, and conqueror Vasco Núñez de Balboa. This explorer explored the American continent in the 16th century.

The aroma and flavor are rich with notes of exotic fruits, raisins, coconut, and vanilla. The pleasantly sweet taste also reveals herbs and spices. We recommend serving at room temperature and neat.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40 % and are delivered in tin gift tubes.
