Handcrafted from corn, wheat, and malt, following the original, time-tested "wheat" recipe that has been used since 1849. This wheat Kentucky bourbon has been bottled at 100 Proof (50%) to highlight its rich yet very smooth and delicate flavor. Beware, the sweet aroma might mislead you; it's quite strong on the palate!
Aroma: sweet, caramel corn, delicate oak
Flavor: oily, slightly sweet, hints of oak, vanilla, light leather, wheat grain, corn, and white pepper
