It is made from top-quality ingredients and hand-harvested sugarcane. The rum ages in bourbon barrels using the solera system, with the oldest rum used being up to 19 years. The delicious flavor profile of the rums in this line is completed by final aging in Pedro Ximenéz sherry casks.
