Plantation Single Vintage Barbados 2013

Discover the exclusive Barbadian 9 years old blended rum Plantation Single Vintage Barbados, which belongs to the special Vintage collection from the limited edition Under the Sea. It is made from several Column and Pot Still molasses rums that were distilled in 2013. It comes from the world-famous West Indies distillery.

After mixing, the rum was filled for 8 years in 200-liter ex-bourbon barrels, from which it acquired a distinct spicy taste with notes of cumin, tobacco and licorice. Subsequently, it was transported to France where it matured for 1 year in 400 liter ex-cognac Ferrand barrels, which gave it a fantastic fruity taste of bananas, flowers, chocolate and vanilla.

As is well known, Master Blender Alexander Gabriel himself worked on the rums from the Vintage collection. The rum comes in a beautiful colorful gift box, on which you can see various underwater animals as well as a protected species of turtle.

Color: gold with distinct orange reflections
