The distillery Planta Santa is located in the Mexican city of Oaxaca. It produces mezcal distilled from the agave variety Maguey Espadin. The recipe used for production and distillation has a tradition of over 400 years and is passed down from generation to generation. It is offered in 3 variants: Joven, Reposado, and Añejo.

Planta Santa aims to emphasize the tradition and purity of its products and seeks to reaffirm their authenticity and Mexican origin. The founders of the distillery are inspired by the ancient story of how the gods sent lightning that struck the agave plant and created mezcal.
