Pivnica Radošina Chardonnay Barrique Premium 2021

Premium Slovak white dry quality wine with the attribute selection from grapes that comes from the Pivnica Radošina winery. Vintage 2021. Small Carpathian wine-growing region, Vrbovský wine-growing district, Čachtice municipality. Chardonnay grape variety.

By combining the excellence of the year, the terroir of the grapes and the skill of our cellar masters, we managed to produce a wine of premium quality. Fermentation and subsequent aging in a new barrel made of American oak for 10 months gives this wine a full range of aromas and flavors.

The wine has a light yellow color with a straw yellow reflection, a penetrating aroma of vanilla and dried banana with a touch of honeycomb. The taste is full, vanilla-spicy with a fresh citrus finish. The wine has a long-term archiving potential.

Sugar content at harvest: 23 °NM. Acid content in wine: 7.4 g/l. Sugar content in wine: 4.1 g/l.
