Description
Piquero is a sweet rum originating from the heart of tropical Panama. The name of the rum is inspired by a bird known for its blue-colored beak and legs. You can also see it on the label found on the bottle.
It has a very pronounced sweet taste with rich notes of chocolate and nuts. If you are fans of rums like Zacapa, Diplomático, Blue Mauritius or Dos Maderas, you will definitely love Piquero too! It was distilled from sugarcane and then aged for a period in barrels.
After the first sip, you will feel a wonderful refreshing sweet taste of chocolate, nuts, wood, pastry, and cherries. We recommend serving it neat at room temperature or with a cube of ice.
