Description
Piquero is a sweet rum originating from the heart of tropical Panama. The name of the rum is inspired by a bird known for having blue colored beak and legs. You can also see it on the label on the bottle.
It has a very distinct sweet taste with rich notes of chocolate and nuts. If you are a fan of Zacapa, Diplomático, Blue Mauritius or Dos Maderas rums, you will definitely love Piquero! It was distilled from sugar cane and then matured for a certain time in barrels.
After the first sip, you will feel a great refreshing sweet taste of chocolate, nuts, wood, pastry and sour cherries. We recommend serving neat at room temperature or with an ice cube.
