P31 Aperitivo Green was born in Venice, it is a light aperitif with low alcohol content, made from an infusion of selected aromatic herbs. P31 was created in the Caffè Pedrocchi in Padua, where various types of customers of the historic café tested the recipe for two years, which ultimately received the approval of Venetian gondoliers, traditional consumers of spritz. The launch of P31 Aperitivo Green took place in 2017.

The letter P in the name pays tribute to the prestigious café where the liqueur was created, but it is also connected to the famous Venetian merchant Marco Polo, a man who symbolized the country where exotic herbs, spices, and fruits were imported from distant continents, many of which can be found among the 31 natural ingredients in the secret recipe of P31 Aperitivo Green.

Fresh notes of orange, absinthe, rhubarb and cinnamon blend with healing herbs. These include ginger, chamomile and cloves, and its mild alcohol content creates an exclusive and captivating taste of the aperitif. We recommend it especially for mixed drinks due to its exclusive green color.
