Mossburn Speyside Blended Malt Cask Bill No.2

Mossburn Speyside Blended Malt Cask Bill No.2 one of the two introductory special editions of Mossburn Signature Casks Series whiskey containing whiskey blended from different parts of Scotland. Both editions finally matured special copper-plated barrels, which were made to further enhance the typical tastes of their region of origin.

However, this second edition no.2 focused on the Speyside region . Master Blender selected several mature whiskeys from various distilleries in Speyside to create the typical taste of local mortars full of honey, spices and delicate floral tones. And so now you have before you whiskey, which finally matured in once-filled barrels after sherry Oloroso and in hard-burnt American oak barrels, which further enhanced the richness, depth and vanilla-spicy taste of oak wood.

Bottled without filtration and without the addition of dyes.

Aroma : floral-vanilla, dried cherries, orange oil, pineapple
Taste : butter, malt and toasted tea cakes, a hint of chocolate, vanilla, oak
Conclusion : mildly hop hot and accompanied by oatmeal cookies
