Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Rosé – previous design

Ice Imperial Rosé from Moët & Chandon is a pink champagne. It was created with the intention of pairing it with ice cubes. It is a blend of 40-50 % Pinot Noir, 30-40 % Pinot Meunier and 10-20 % Chardonnay.

A 20-30 % reserve wine is also added . The reserve wine adds richness, intensity and a more complex consistency to the wine. Demi-sec is aged in the cellars for 18 months.

Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial Rosé is a vibrant pink wine with golden hues. The aroma shows strong aromas of red fruits (sour cherries, cranberries) and juicy fruits (figs) and hints of grenadine.

On the palate, the wine is fleshy, sweet and firm. The sugar from the red fruit melts away. The Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial Rosé is harmonious, fresh and fruity. The freshness is part of the long finish of the rose wine with a hint of grapefruit.

Moët & Chandon was founded in 1743 by French wine merchant Claude Moët in the town of Épernay, located in the heart of the Champagne region of France. Coming from a family with a long tradition in the wine trade, Claude Moët quickly recognized the potential of sparkling wines from this region.

In 1971, Moët & Chandon merged with another luxury brand, Hennessy, and a year later with the fashion house Louis Vuitton to form the LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) conglomerate , which today is one of the largest luxury goods companies in the world.
