Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial
Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial represents a bold innovation from the house of Moët & Chandon – the world’s first champagne created to be enjoyed over ice.
The blend of this cuvée consists mainly of Pinot Noir (40 – 50 %), followed by Pinot Meunier (30 – 40 %) and a smaller portion of Chardonnay (10 – 20 %), with specially selected reserve wines added to enhance intensity and richness.
On the nose, it reveals tropical fruit notes of mango and guava, complemented by stone fruits such as nectarine and hints of raspberry. The palate is richly fruity – a fresh harmony of fruit salad sweetness, caramel, and jelly, balanced by the refreshing acidity of grapefruit and a touch of ginger.
The color is a deep gold with amber highlights. This champagne redefines the traditional serving ritual – it is designed to be enjoyed on ice for ultimate summer refreshment. Serve well chilled at approximately 6 – 8 °C in a glass with ice, stylishly garnished with a sprig of mint or a twist of lime, enhancing the release of aromas and the modern expression of champagne.
