The Raspberry Forest variety is very aromatic and thus suitable for maceration and distillation.
The distillate from wild raspberries surprises with its rich, intense aroma. The experience of the drink is enhanced by the sweet raspberry flavor. We also recommend it with desserts.
The raspberry brandy was distilled at the Marcelová distillery. The bottles were filled with an alcohol content of 42.3%. We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
