Long Pond Cambridge 2010 STC❤E is a premium Jamaican rum created in tribute to the Cambridge Estate Distillery, which was closed in 1947. This sophisticated rum was distilled in 2010 using a Double Retort Pot Still at Long Pond Distillery.
The STC❤E brand refers to the ester content, which ranges between 550 and 700 gr/hlpa. It went through a tropical 12-year maturation in 15 barrels, which gave it an intense flavor with notes of wood and spices. Due to tropical ripening, there was a high Angel's Share up to 55 %.
It is made from first-class and especially traditional local molasses! Finally, it was transferred to the Habitation Velier company, which bottled the rum with a high alcohol content of 57 %. We recommend serving neat or with an ice cube.
Color: amber with golden-orange reflections
Aroma: tropical fruit, banana, wood, varnish, caramel, nuts
Taste: intense, fruit, pineapple, spices, wood, esters
Finish: long, dry, expressive, vanilla, esters, tannins, leather
