Long Pond Cambridge 2010 STC❤E is a premium Jamaican rum created in honor of the distillery Cambridge Estate Distillery, which was closed in 1947. This sophisticated rum was distilled in 2010 using a Double Retort Pot Still at the Long Pond distillery.
The STC❤E brand refers to the ester content, which ranges between 550 and 700 g/hlpa. It underwent tropical 12-year aging in 15 barrels, which imparted intense flavors with notes of wood and spice. Due to the tropical aging, there was a high angel's share of over 55%.
It is made from top-quality and primarily traditional local molasses! Finally, it was transported to Habitation Velier, which bottled the rum at a high 57% alcohol content. We recommend serving it neat or with a cube of ice.
Color: amber with gold-orange reflections
Aroma: tropical fruit, banana, wood, varnish, caramel, nuts
Taste: intense, fruit, pineapple, spice, wood, esters
Finish: long, dry, pronounced, vanilla, esters, tannins, leather
