Description
La Buse dal Lôf Schioppettino di Prepotto is a red dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. The grape variety Schioppettino, from the Friuli Colli Orientali region. The grapes are grown on clay-sandy soil and are hand-harvested in the first week of October. It is vinified with the skins for 15 to 18 days in steel tanks. The wine ages for 12 months in wood, followed by stainless steel containers and finally in bottles.
We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 16-18 °C. The wine pairs well with rustic dishes, sauces, and game. Residual sugar content is 3.5 g/l.
