Description
La Buse dal Lôf Sauvignon is an white dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin, made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The grapes were harvested by hand and macerated for 10 to 12 hours. It was then fermented at 18 ° C for 15 days. After fermentation, it is aged for 2 months in steel vessels. Residual sugar content 4 g/l.
We recommend serving chilled to 8-10 °C. Suitable to serve as an aperitif or with spicy appetizers, soups, ham and cheese.
Color: white with yellow-green reflections
Aroma: sage, mint, citrus, base
