Description
La Buse dal Lôf Sauvignon is an Italian white dry wine with a protected designation of origin, made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The grapes were hand-picked and macerated for 10 to 12 hours. It then fermented for 15 days at a temperature of 18 °C. After fermentation, it ages for 2 months in steel containers.
We recommend serving it chilled at 8-10 °C. Suitable to serve as an aperitif or with spicy appetizers, soups, ham, and cheeses. Residual sugar 4 g/l.
Color: white with yellow-green reflections
Aroma: sage, mint, citrus, elderflower
Taste: velvety, fruit, flowers, herbs, grass
