Description
La Buse dal Lôf Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso is a red dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. Grape variety Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Friuli Colli Orientali. The grapes are grown on saliva-sandstone soil and are harvested by hand in mid-October. The shell is vinified 15 to 18 in steel tanks. The wine matures for 10 months in barriques, then in stainless steel containers and finally in bottles.
We recommend serving chilled at 16-18 °C. The wine goes well with fatty meat dishes. Residual sugar content 3.5 g/l.

Aroma: small red fruits, pomegranate, violet, herbs, a beautiful mineral note that develops down to graphite
Taste: in harmony with the scent, freshness dominates, velvety tannins
