Description
La Buse dal Lôf Merlot is a red dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. Merlot grape variety, Friuli Colli Orientali region. The grapes are grown on saliva-sandstone soil and are harvested by hand in the first week of October. The shell is vinified 15 to 18 in steel tanks. The wine matures for 6 months in barriques, then in stainless steel containers and finally in bottles.
We recommend serving chilled at 16-18 °C. The wine fits red meat, especially rabbit. Residual sugar content 3.5 g / l.
