Description
La Buse dal Lôf Ghiardo is a red dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. Created from varieties 40 % Refosco, 40 % Schiopppettino, 20 % Merlot, Friuli Colli Orientali. The grapes are grown on saliva-sandstone soil and are harvested by hand in the first week of October. It is vinified with the skin for up to 20-25 days in steel tanks. The wine matures for 24 months in wood, then for 3 months in stainless steel containers and finally in bottles.
We recommend serving chilled at 16-18 °C. The wine fits red stew, game, fermented cheese. Residual sugar content 3.5 g/l.
