Description
La Buse dal Lôf Friulano is a white dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. The grape variety is Tocai Friulano (Sauvignon vert), from the Friuli Colli Orientali region. The grapes are grown on clay-sandy soil, pressed fresh after harvest, and then fermented for 15 days. After fermentation, it ages for 2 months in steel containers.
We recommend serving chilled at a temperature of 10-12 °C. Ideal with broth, soups, sauces, or fish. Residual sugar content is 3 g/l.
