Description
La Buse dal Lôf Cabernet Sauvignon is a red dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, Friuli Colli Orientali region. The grapes are grown on saliva-sandstone soil and are harvested by hand in the first week of October. The shell is vinified 15 to 18 in steel tanks. The wine matures for 10 months in barriques, then in stainless steel containers and finally in bottles.
We recommend serving chilled at 16-18 °C. The wine goes well with red roast meat, poultry, divine and hard cheeses. Residual sugar content 3.5 g/l.
Color: ruby-red
Aroma: fruitiness of berries and black cherries, violet
Taste: in the mouth the acidity outlines the contours of a very satisfactory taste, smooth and silky tannins
