Description
La Buse dal Lôf Cabernet Franc is a dry red Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. The grape variety Cabernet Franc, from the Friuli Colli Orientali region. The grapes are grown on clay-sandy soil and are hand-picked at the end of September. The grapes with skins are vinified for 10 to 12 days in steel tanks.
We recommend serving chilled at a temperature of 16-18 °C. The wine pairs well with grilled or roasted red meat. Game, wild game. Residual sugar content 3 g/l.
