Krimskoye Cuvée Semi-Dry

Krimskoye Cuvée Halbtrocken is an elegant sparkling wine from Moldova that features a delicate balance between freshness and fruity sweetness. Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Aligoté varieties, this cuvée undergoes a traditional production method with three years of aging, giving it fine bubbles and a complex character.

In the glass, Krimskoye Cuvée Halbtrocken presents a light golden color and offers aromas of peaches and gooseberries. On the palate, it is balanced and complex, with a crisp structure and a pleasant finish that leaves a long impression. ​

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif or as a pairing with desserts such as yogurt mousse with poppy seeds, banana trifle, or blackberry cream. The recommended serving temperature is between 5 to 7 °C to highlight its freshness and fruity character.
