Krimskoye Cuvée Semi-Dry

Krimskoye Cuvée Halbtrocken is an elegant sparkling wine from Moldova, characterised by a fine balance between freshness and fruity sweetness. Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Aligoté, this cuvée undergoes a traditional production method with three years of ageing, giving it a fine pearl and complex character.

In the glass, Krimskoye Cuvée Halbtrocken presents a light golden colour and offers aromas of peaches and gooseberries. On the palate it is balanced and complex, with a crisp texture and a pleasant finish that leaves a long lasting impression.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts such as yoghurt mousse with poppy seeds, banana trifle or blackberry cream. The recommended serving temperature is between 5 and 7 °C to bring out its freshness and fruity character.
