Colinas Cuvée Brut

Colinas Cuvée Brut is an elegant sparkling wine from the Portuguese region of Bairrada, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.

This sparkling wine is the result of the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, with a minimum aging of three years, which gives it exceptional complexity and finesse.

In the glass, it captivates with a light straw-yellow color with subtle greenish reflections and very fine bubbles. The aroma is fresh, lively, and delicate, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers.

On the palate, this wine is elegant and vibrant, with fruity nuances that create a harmonious and tireless experience. It is a sparkling wine suitable for any occasion, day or night.

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6 – 7 °C. The wine is ideal as an aperitif and pairs wonderfully with fish, seafood, sushi, or even roasted meats.
