Colinas Cuvée Brut

Colinas Cuvée Brut is an elegant sparkling wine from the Portuguese region of Bairrada, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.

This sparkling wine is the result of the classic method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, with a minimum of three years of ageing, which gives it exceptional complexity and finesse.

In the glass, it captivates with its light straw-yellow colour with subtle greenish reflections and very fine bubbles. The aroma is fresh, lively and delicate, with notes of citrus fruit and white flowers.

On the palate, this wine is elegant and lively, with fruity nuances that create a harmonious and enduring experience. It is a sparkling wine that is suitable for any occasion, day or night.

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6 – 7 °C. The wine is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with fish, seafood, sushi or even roasted meat.
