Description

Kahlúa is a rich, smooth coffee liqueur that is made from the highest quality 100 % Arabica Mexican coffee with a hint of vanilla. The perfect blend of coffee, vanilla and rum gives Kahlúa liqueur a unique, delicious taste.

The Kahlúa brand was founded in 1936 and comes from Mexico. It is a rum-coffee liqueur that is popular all over the world. We recommend serving in various cocktails such as White Russian, Espresso Martini or Black Russian.

The production of Kahlúa itself is a time-consuming process, from growing coffee cherries in the shade (which take up to 6 years to mature), to harvesting, drying and resting, to roasting, distilling rum from sugarcane juice and the final blending. The coffee beans and rum meet in the distillery after 7 years, then rest together for 4 weeks to acquire its characteristic flavor. That’s why they say Kahlúa is worth the wait.

Old Fashioned – a cocktail that has survived two centuries
The Old Fashioned is one of the oldest mixed drinks in the world and a symbol of elegance, minimalism, and timeless taste. In an era of complicated cocktails with lots of ingredients, it represents a return to basics:  high-quality whisky, sugar, bitters, and water. Nothing else. And yet it's perfect. How did the Old Fashioned come about? 1. Origin of the word "cocktail" In 1806, The Balance…
