A standout among French wines. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Syrah (40%) grapes, grown in the south of France, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness, then cleaned and crushed, fermenting for 6 to 12 days. Maceration can last up to 1 month. The wine ages in stainless steel containers to preserve its rich aroma.
Aroma: cherries, blackcurrants, a hint of sweet licorice and spice.
Taste: intensely fruity and balanced.
Color: ruby red, strong and clear.
