Description
The Tokaj selection consists of Tokaj grape varieties Furmint, Lipovina and Muscat yellow by oxidative technology. The bulbs are not removed from the bunches - the grapes are processed as they were harvested. The 5 wines in 0,5 l, which are contained in a gift case, are the ideal gift for a lover of the Tokaj.
The hand-picked bulbs are berries infected with a noble form of the Botrytis cinerea fungus, which breaks the skin, thereby evaporating the water from the berry and concentrating the sugar. They are unique and form only in Tokaj, which is why the area where Tokaj grapes can be grown and Tokaj wine can be produced is precisely delimited. The production of the Tokaji selection is very demanding.
