Tokaj Selection consists of Tokaj grape varieties: Furmint, Lipovina, and Muscat Blanc using oxidative technology. The berries are not selected from the bunches - the grapes are processed as they are harvested. 5 wines in a volume of 0.5 l that are located in a gift case are the perfect gift for a Tokaj lover.
Hand-picked berries are grapes affected by the noble mold Botrytis cinerea, which damages the skin, causing water to evaporate from the berry and concentrating the sugar. They are unique and are formed only in Tokaj, which is why there is a precisely defined area where Tokaj grapes can be grown and Tokaj wine can be produced. The production of Tokaj selection is very demanding.
