Indian Summer Gin

Indian Summer is an excellent British gin infused with the rare spice saffron, which brings a warm and rich flavor along with a golden-yellow hue. It comes from the renowned distillery Duncan Taylor.

It is made from carefully selected botanicals and herbs such as angelica root, almonds, coriander, cassia, juniper, lemon peel, licorice, iris, and orange peel. This unique recipe was created by the chairman of the company Euan Shand.

It contains 46% alcohol by volume, which is higher than what is common in other gins. We recommend serving it with ice cubes, ginger beer, and a slice of lemon.

Color: clear with yellow-golden reflections
Aroma: delicate, saffron, citrus, orange, coriander
Taste: slightly sweet, spice, lemon, orange, saffron
Finish: medium-long, slightly spicy, licorice
