Hubert De Luxe Gold
Hubert De Luxe Gold is produced using the traditional (Asti) method, where fermentation is stopped in pressure tanks to preserve the natural sweetness and aroma of the grape must from the varieties Irsai Oliver, Muscat Ottonel, and Moravian Muscat.
The alcohol content is around 7% by volume, with residual sugar coming exclusively from the grapes – without artificial additives.
The wine captivates with a fresh yellow-gold color and fine, yet rich bubbles. The aroma is dominated by a pronounced muscat bouquet – notes of ripe grapes and flowers. The taste is sweet, persistent, with hints of pears, dried raisins, and nutmeg in the background.
The tradition of the Hubert brand dates back to 1825 – it is the first factory in Europe outside France to produce sparkling wine according to the original recipe. The Hubert family took over production in 1877, later the brand was nationalized, and in 1995 it was established in Sereď as a private company. Hubert De Luxe was first introduced in the 1970s and the market response was so great that extensive production began after 1980 – today it is an essential part of Slovak celebrations.
