This sparkling wine is made using the Charmat method (tank fermentation), which ensures fresh and clean effervescence. Top-quality blue grape varieties are used, primarily Svätovavrinecké and Frankovka modrá, which give the sparkling wine its characteristic pink color and fruity structure.
