Honey Liqueurs Rudolf Jelínek Page 1 of 1

Honey liqueurs are among the finest and most naturally sweet alcoholic beverages. Their base is real bee honey, which is mixed with spirits, herbs, or spices. It is the honey that gives them their characteristic golden color, delicate aroma, and smooth, rounded taste.

Taste of Tradition in a Modern Form

Honey liqueurs combine the healing traditions of the past with modern craftsmanship. They are made by macerating herbs and spices in alcohol, to which various types of honey are added – from lime to acacia. The result is a drink with a warming character that shines especially in the colder months. They are often served as a digestif after meals, but they also taste great slightly chilled.

How to Enjoy Them

Honey liqueurs are ideal for sipping on their own, but also as an ingredient in desserts, teas, or mixed drinks. They excel in combination with citrus, apple, or cinnamon – and this versatility makes them a popular gift beverage.
