Herberry Gin Silk

Herberry Gin Silk is a delicate Slovak London Dry Gin, which combines traditional gin production methods with the herbal character of the Tatra nature. It is created from the maceration of 22 herbs, flowers, and plants, which gradually blend into a harmonious herbal base over 22 days.

Its profile prominently features mint, lemon balm, chamomile, and lavender, which give the gin a fresh, floral-herbal, and pleasantly smooth character. The subsequent vacuum distillation helps preserve the purity, softness, and natural expression of the botanicals used.

The Silk version is crafted as a softer and more elegant version of the classic Herberry Gin. The herbal notes are not as pronounced but are sensitively incorporated into a smooth, harmonious whole. The result is a gin with a silky profile that shines in a premium Gin & Tonic, as well as in lighter cocktails with citrus, herbs, or floral tonic.
