Herberry is a craft Slovak gin that was created as a tribute to the wild Tatra nature, local herbs, and traditional distilling. It is backed by the renowned Tatranská likérka – Karloff, based in Kežmarok, which is primarily known for its liqueurs like Tatratea. Herberry was launched as an independent project, aiming to create a gin that is purely Slovak, uncompromisingly natural, and modern.

The key to Herberry's identity is the number 22 – the gin is made from 22 types of hand-picked herbs that are macerated for 22 days in phyto-alcohol. This alcohol is then vacuum distilled – a gentle technology that preserves the delicate essential oils, aromas, and flavor components of the herbs. The resulting distillate then matures for another 22 days in stainless steel tanks to harmonize the flavors. It contains no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.

The brand's philosophy is built on locality, sustainability, and a natural approach. Herbs such as lemon balm, chamomile, mint, lavender, and agrimony are gathered from the surrounding mountainous areas, while the production process respects traditional craft values. Herberry combines the "wildness" of nature with the sophistication of distilling art – it is a gin that smells and tastes like a Slovak mountain meadow.
