Master blender Brian Kinsman has combined authentic traditional Scottish whisky with an exotic Caribbean flavor. The whisky first ages for a long time in oak barrels, then moves to oak barrels that previously held Caribbean rum, gaining a smooth, rich, and sweet taste.
