Gelston's Single Pot Still

Gelston's has let loose and brought out the release of Single Pot Still! This Irish whiskey is made at a single distillery from a blend of malted and unmalted barley, which is distilled in a traditional copper pot. It ages exclusively in oak barrels that previously held bourbon. As a result, it is full of citrus and biscuit notes.

It’s not a Blend, it’s not a Single malt, it’s a completely unique expression full of body and character.

Aroma: lemon pastry, candied peels
Taste: distinctly nutty, dominated by oily walnuts with notes of chocolate and bourbon biscuits
Finish: chocolate porridge, crushed oats, and orange oil
