Gelston's has unleashed and brought the Single Pot Still ! This Irish whiskey is made in one distillery from a mixture of malt and non-malted barley , which is distilled in a traditional copper pot. It matures exclusively in oak barrels after bourbon. Thanks to that, it is full of citrus and biscuit tones.
It's not Blend, it's not Single malt, it's a completely unique expression full of body and character.
Aroma: lemon bread, candied peels
Taste: distinctly nutty, dominated by oily walnut with tones of chocolate and bourbon biscuits
Conclusion: chocolate porridge, crushed oatmeal and orange oil
