After the Edinburgh distillery launched Rhubarb & Ginger, which was a huge success, the company decided to create Rhubarb & Ginger gin. The distillation process was very strictly supervised by Master Distiller, whose task is to see the exact balance of aroma and taste of rhubarb and ginger.
Edinburgh is well made and well balanced. Spicy, sweet with tones of juniper, rhubarb and warm ginger. It goes well with cocktails or pure with ice.
