After the distillery Edinburgh launched the Rhubarb & Ginger liqueur, which achieved tremendous success, the company decided to create a Rhubarb & Ginger gin. The distillation process was closely overseen by the Master Distiller, who is responsible for achieving the precise balance of the aromas and flavors of rhubarb and ginger.
Edinburgh is well-crafted and excellently balanced. Spicy, sweet with notes of juniper, rhubarb, and warming ginger. It is perfect for cocktails or enjoyed neat over ice.
