Edinburgh Raspberry

Scottish raspberry gin from the Edinburgh distillery is made from raspberries grown in Perthshire. It has an excellent taste of fresh homegrown raspberries sourced directly from farmers.

The combination of fresh and dried raspberries enhances and balances the flavors of this gin. Fresh raspberries bring bright notes of raspberry flavor, while dried raspberries add an excellent sweet depth. This is all complemented by the use of raspberry leaves, which provide a satisfying delicate herbal aroma and floral taste reminiscent of rich raspberry jam.

We recommend serving it with a few raspberries and a piece of juicy lemon peel. Suitable for long drinks as well as cocktails like Floradora, French Martini, Knickerbocker, etc.
