Duncan Taylor Quarterdeck Caroni Trinidad 24 Year Old

A unique rum from the Trinidad distillery Caroni. It belongs to the limited edition Quarterdeck, which brings the best rums from around the world bottled under the brand Duncan Taylor. This is a Single Cask rum, meaning that only one cask of this rum was produced!

It was distilled on 30.01.1998 using Column Still. It then underwent an exceptionally long 24-year aging process in oak barrels, which imparted an extra pronounced oak aroma with notes of vanilla, leather, smoke, and butter.

Finally, it was bottled at the beginning of 2022 with an alcohol content of 50.7 %. Only 281 pieces exist! Bottled without chill filtration and added colorings. The bottle comes in a tin gift tube.
