It matures with the Solera system for 14 to 24 years. This delicious Colombian rum was made by Dictador. Rum is hydrated with demineralized water to the strength of the bottle slowly dropwise over a period of 28 days.
Aroma: Hints of oak and cherry. Orange blossom, honey, dried cranberries and hints of smoke.
Taste: Cigar leaves, Demerara cane sugar, Manuka honey, cooked fruit and spices. Spicy.
Conclusion: Cinnamon and cedar wood.
