Aged using the Solera system for 14 to 24 years. This delicious Colombian rum was produced by Dictador. The rum is hydrated with demineralized water to bottle strength slowly drop by drop over 28 days.
Aroma: Hints of oak and cherry. Orange blossom, honey, dried cranberries, and hints of smoke.
Taste: Cigar leaves, Demerara sugar, Manuka honey, cooked fruit, and spices. Spicy.
Finish: Cinnamon and cedar wood.
