Description
The basis of every sip of Demänovka with honey is 14 types of carefully selected herbs and spices that are macerated for several days in exceptionally fine Slovak spirit.
During maceration, all the aromas and flavors of the herbs blend thoroughly. The fresh macerate is mixed with older ones and aged together for 3 months. Finally, crystal clear water from the Tatra region is added.
This version is sweeter, with the taste of honey dominating. It is particularly favored by women and is suitable as a digestif after a meal, or with desserts or coffee. We recommend serving it at room temperature or chilled to 6°C.
