Demänovka is a traditional Slovak herbal liqueur that has been produced for decades in Liptovský Mikuláš. Its unique flavor is the result of a combination of 14 carefully selected herbs and spices, honey, high-quality fine spirit, and crystal-clear water from the Tatra region. The entire production process takes approximately 6 months, during which the liqueur matures and develops its characteristic taste.

The producer of Demänovka is ST. NICOLAUS. The company was founded in 1867 by entrepreneur Armin Stark and has since dynamically developed into one of the leading spirits manufacturers in Slovakia.

Demänovka is available in various variants, such as Demänovka Horká with an alcohol content of 38%, Demänovka Likér s medom with an alcohol content of 33%, Demänovka Brusnica with an alcohol content of 30%, and Demänovka Čierna ríbezľa with an alcohol content of 30%. Each of these liqueurs offers a unique tasting experience, always based on the original recipe using natural ingredients.
