Dębowa je vysokokvalitná poľská vodka. Vyrába sa z najlepšieho poľského obilného rektifikovaného liehu, a to veľmi zvláštnym spôsobom.
Obsahuje kryštalickú vodu a vodno-alkoholový roztok extrahovaný zo špeciálne vybraných rastlín, čo dodáva produktu charakteristickú, jemnú chuť.
Je dostupná ako v klasických fľašiach, tak aj v širokej škále kreatívnych drevených obalov. Tie si táto značka vyrába vo vlastných drevárskych dielňach podľa návrhov, ktorých autorom je samotný majiteľ firmy, Jerzy Markiewicz.
