Crossfire Hurricane Reserve by The Rolling Stones
Add a tasting glass and elevate your experience to the next level!
Crossfire Hurricane Reserve is a premium Jamaican rum created in collaboration with the legendary band The Rolling Stones and world-renowned rum expert Ian Burrell, founder of UK RumFest. The Reserve edition was designed as a more complex rum for slow sipping, built primarily on older pot still distillates with a pronounced fruity and estery character.
The blend combines rums from four iconic Jamaican distilleries – Hampden Estate, Long Pond, Worthy Park, and Clarendon. Each brings a different layer to the final profile: Hampden adds vibrant tropical fruitiness and the typical Jamaican “funk,” Long Pond contributes depth and aromatic intensity, Worthy Park offers elegance and balance, and Clarendon provides fullness, warmth, and structure. Distillates from both pot and column stills and various fermentation styles are combined.
The result is a rich, layered, and full-bodied rum with characteristic Jamaican energy. The aroma unfolds with nutmeg, warming spices, pineapple, and ripe banana. The taste is smooth and complex, with notes of sweet tropical fruits and ripe peaches. The finish is long, creamy, and pleasantly sweet with a lingering oak character.
Crossfire Hurricane Reserve is produced in small batches from 100% Jamaican rums and contains no added sugar. It is bottled at 40% alcohol by volume.
The name refers to the opening line of the song Jumpin’ Jack Flash. The entire brand also recalls the more than 50-year connection of The Rolling Stones with Jamaica, where the band lived, created, and recorded the album Goats Head Soup in the early 70s.
Crossfire Hurricane Reserve is suitable not only for fans of The Rolling Stones but especially for lovers of authentic Jamaican rums who seek a fruity, full-bodied, and slightly funky rum meant for slow enjoyment.
