The winery Croft brings a new addition to its collection of ports Pink Port. This is the original and first-ever rosé port. It is made from red port varieties using an innovative technique that extracts fresh fruity flavors and leaves a delicate pink color. It then undergoes cold decantation and fermentation.
The result of these processes is a fresh and complex port, full of rich fruity flavors. It is ideally suited for hot summer days in the form of various refreshing cocktails. We recommend serving it at 6 - 10 ºC with ice.
