Description

Gin Citadelle Réserve is the rebirth of golden gin! In 2008, a man named Alexander Gabriel caused a sensation when he offered the world this old form of gin, which no one has seen for a good century.

After several years of experimentation, he perfected his recipe by adding 3 types of botany - Asian citrus fruit yuzu, alpine wormwood génepi and ignorance, as well as aging consisting of 5 months of rest in barrels of 5 types of wood (agate, silk, cherry, walnut and French oak barrels). In the final stage of maturation, the gin from the individual barrels is mixed and transferred to an elliptical oak barrel, which is up to 2.45 m high. In the end, this thoughtful way of aging was reflected in the harmonious and delicate taste. Gin Citadelle Réserve is the only alcoholic beverage produced in France by this avant-garde method, which intensifies the citrus tones of gin and creates an elegantly smooth mouthfeel.
It's a gin made for mixing classic Gin Martini!
