Description
Slovak red dry wine of the variety Cabernet Sauvignon vintage 2019 from the winery Chateau Modra with the designation late harvest. It comes from the South Slovak wine region. It has a pleasant bouquet of currants and gooseberries with an intense flavor of lime, grapefruit, oranges, and freshly mown grass.
We recommend serving it with young rabbit thighs in garlic or with tagliatelle pasta in a cheese and cream sauce. The wine is low-histamine!
