Description
Château du Tariquet L'Armagnac du Centenaire is an excellent Bas-Armagnac distilled from various grape varieties. These include Folle Blanche for its elegance and scent, Ugni Blanc for its freshness and pleasant taste, and Baco for its strength. Armagnac matured from 10 to 30 years in oak barrels . It was bottled in May 2012 to celebrate the brand's 100th anniversary. Only 2012 bottles were produced.
Aroma: rich, intense spice, dried apricots and rose petals, a slight hint of cinnamon. Very nice.
Taste : creamy honey and all kinds of fruits and spices. Traces of truffles and spices.
Conclusion : baked apples, baked spices and cigars. Very spicy.
Overall : intense and spicy Armagnac with rich tones of dried fruit and a touch of umami.
