Cane Island Barbados 8 Year Old

The most significant catch from the independent collection Cane Island is this 8-year-old rum from Barbados, distilled at the best rum distillery in the world, Foursquare!

It is made from exceptionally high-quality molasses, cultivated and harvested by local farmers working at the distillery. It was distilled using Pot and Column Still. It was then filled into American ex-bourbon white oak barrels, where it aged for a long 8 years.

No added colors, flavors, or sugar! Finally, it was bottled at 43% alcohol content, sealed with a cork stopper. For 100% enjoyment, we recommend serving it neat without ice or water.

Aroma: fresh, oak, spices, nuts, plums, figs
Taste: slightly spicy, wood, cinnamon, spices
Finish: medium-long, warming, molasses, fruit, butter
